The backbone of the Fellowship is a serious, real-world internship. Students work full business hours Monday–Thursday for six to eight weeks. Weekly meetings and access to industry leaders and philanthropists make this a rare professional opportunity — woven through with Jewish learning, personal mentorship, and Shabbos in Lakewood, New Jersey, one of the world's largest Torah-learning communities.

The Lakewood Fellowship — 7-Week Summer Internship

Summer · 7 weeks

Our flagship summer program — now in its 14th year — brings Jewish college students and young professionals (men) into Lakewood, New Jersey, one of the largest centers of Torah learning in the world, for seven weeks of high-level professional internships across business, finance, tech, and medicine, daily Torah learning, personal mentorship, and Shabbos with welcoming host families. The goal: a real, lived encounter with Torah life and a meaningful Jewish future.

Healthcare Track — Pre-Med Summer Research

Summer · 7 weeks

A dedicated track inside the Fellowship for students pursuing medicine. Pre-med participants work on hands-on clinical and laboratory research projects, then present their findings to faculty, mentors, and peers — gaining a serious medical CV line alongside daily Torah learning, mentorship, and Shabbos in the community.

A three-week winter immersion for Jewish pre-med and medical students that pairs intensive medical research with Torah learning, mentorship from Jewish physicians, and Shabbos in a warm community — a rare chance to integrate scientific ambition with Jewish life.

Our flagship winter event: a week of curated programming connecting Jewish college students and young professionals with 200+ established Jewish business leaders. One-on-one Torah study partners and personal mentors who meet Jewish college students where they are — on campuses across the country and long after graduation — and stay in the conversation as long as the student wants.
